Vanuatu

Vanuatu is the one of the fantastic places to visit. You're going to love it. But it's not just a decadent escape with balmy breezes and gourmet food. It's also home to several best-in-the-world experiences that very few people know about: a luxury liner, like the Titanic, shipwrecked in clear diveable water; the world's most accessible active volcano on the island of Tanna; a giant banyan tree the size of a soccer field; pounding, cascading waterfalls; extraordinary cultural ceremonies and dances on the island of Malekula; primitive villages where you can witness an ancient living culture; and picture-perfect beaches.

Mele Bay:

Mele Bay on the island of Efate in Vanuatu is a great place to spend a day... or a week! Right on the beach, only 20 minutes from Port Vila, Mele Bay is relaxing by nature. There's plenty to do once you get here including activities, dining, sight seeing and accommodation.

Iririki:
Iririki is a privately lease held island, located in Mele Bay, a free 3-minute ferry ride from the Vanuatu capital Port Vila. The whole island is leased to the Iririki Island Resort and no ni-Vanuatu live on the island.

Summit Gardens :The Summit Vanuatu controls the largest single resource of sandalwood in the South Pacific, and the second largest in the world.

Mele Cascades:  Only 10km from Port Vila are these pools of stunningly clear aquamarine water that have formed below a 35m waterfall. A little path with guide ropes wobbles up to the top – it’s steep and slippery in places.

Mount Yasur: Mount Yasur is an active volcano on Tanna Island, Vanuatu with a height of 361 m (1,184 ft) above sea level, located on the coast near Sulphur Bay. It lies to the southeast of the taller Mount Tukosmera, which was active in the Pleistocene. It has a largely unvegetated pyroclastic cone with a nearly circular summit crater 400 m in diameter. It is a stratovolcano, caused by the eastward-moving Indo-Australian Plate being subducted under the westward-moving Pacific Plate.
